Completes other duties as assigned by Area Manager Obtain a SERV Safe Certification within 90 days of hire Must have at least 2 years of experience in a previous supervisory / management role with the QSR with some if not total P&L responsibilities / impact Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a team Proficiency in oral and written communication to effectively be a team leader and member with predominantly English-speaking guests and team members Intermediate computer skills including MS Office : (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Excel) High School Diploma or Equivalent The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The runner ensures that the food has all the appropriate condiments, sauces, coverage and the right temperature and he / she has to comply with the assigned standard of service and assigned side work / stock.
