The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, advancing clinical innovation, and supporting our mission to provide accessible, compassionate oncology services across the region.

Must have clinical interest or desire to specialize in gastrointestinal (GI) and lung cancers.

Provide direct patient care in radiation oncology across both Bridgeport and Fairfield campuses.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary oncology team, including medical oncologists, surgeons, radiation therapists, physicists, and nurses to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Oversee simulation, contouring, treatment planning, and on-treatment management in accordance with institutional and national standards.

Lead adaptive planning and daily re-optimization using Varian Ethos technology to enhance treatment precision and outcomes.

Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and case conferences.

Engage in education, mentorship, and potential clinical research in alignment with Hartford HealthCare's academic and community mission.
