Accounts Payable Clerk

Description

An Accounts Payable Clerk is needed for a Hospital in Los Angeles. The Accounts Payable Specialist will match, batch, and code invoices, resolve A / P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G / L, and process checks. You will have the opportunity for career growth and advancement within this dynamic department.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents
• Handle 100 invoices per day
• Produce full-cycle A / P
• Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed
• Validate, record, and send checks, including expediting special handling
• Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it
• Software : Paragon and Allscripts
