• 7+ days per month 12-hour shifts, 7 : 30 am - 5 pm days or 5 pm - 7 : 30 am nights
• 14 patients in NICU census
• Level III NICU coverage
• Experience with high-frequency ventilation required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
