The following position is to join our RTX Employee Engagement Team : The Associate Director, Business HR Communications is responsible for leading, developing and executing strategic communications plans in support of HR priorities across all three business units. Specifically, in this role you will lead HR Communications for Collins Aerospace, while managing, through direct and indirect reporting lines, a team who leads P&W and Raytheon HR Communications to ensure consistency and alignment. In addition, you will support the development and execution of an enterprise people leader flow down strategy and enterprise HR communications as needed. This position requires a strong understanding of employee and executive communications, experience in change communications and awareness of HR initiatives. You must also be able to demonstrate cross-team leadership, strategic planning, tactical execution and the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization.

Qualifications You Must Have : Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience. Requires deep management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across multiple related departments.

Location / Type : Hybrid Charlotte, NC, Farmington, CT or Cedar Rapids, IA are the preferred locations for this Hybrid role. Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
