Vice President - Corporate Controller / Chief Accounting Officer

The Corporate Controller / Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) is responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial reporting across the enterprise. This executive role leads all accounting, financial reporting, technical accounting, tax, treasury operations, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with SEC reporting requirements and U.S. GAAP. As a key member of the senior finance leadership team, this individual partners closely with the CFO, internal and external auditors, and the Board Audit Committee, and plays a strategic role in supporting business growth, investor confidence, and operational excellence.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of accounting, tax, treasury, and internal control professionals, including direct leadership over Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, AP, and SOX Compliance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Develop succession planning and talent pipelines for key roles across the finance organization.
