A highly respected mid-sized law firm—consistently ranked a Best Place to Work—is seeking experienced an  Employment Litigation Partner  to join its teams in San Diego.  Known for its collaborative culture and genuine focus on work-life balance, this firm offers an exceptional environment for seasoned litigators to thrive both professionally and personally. A portable book of business is welcome but not required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent employer clients in single-plaintiff employment litigation (court and arbitration)
• Investigate claims and develop strategic approaches to defense
• Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Handle responses to administrative charges
• Appear at mediations, hearings, and trials / arbitrations as needed
• Maintain regular client communication and case management
