job_description.job_card.job_descriptionEvening Shift : 6 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM One Additional Day / Week (Flexible) Standby assist for mobility and safety Morning assistance : help getting out of bed, getting dressed, using the bathroom, and bathing (as needed) Light housekeeping and tidying to ensure a clean, safe environment Evening support : companionship, assist with light cleanup, and help with bedtime routine Compassionate presence and emotional support Consistent weekly hours with potential to increase as trust and routine are established Opportunity to become a long-term caregiver for a stable client Support from the Waylight Care Coordinator for scheduling and ongoing success Experience working with elderly or renal care clients preferred Reliable transportation and ability to commit to split shifts Kind, patient, and communicative CNA or HHA certification a plus, but not required. Waylight is looking for a reliable, compassionate caregiver to support a 90-year-old female client in Warren, MI (48089) who is living with late-stage renal failure. This is an opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with a long-term client while working a flexible schedule.
Schedule & Hours :
- Fridays : REQUIRED
Morning Shift : 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM
Must also be available for a similar split-shift schedule on one other day per week, to be coordinated with the team.
