  • Worksite Location :  Minnetonka, MN | Hybrid
  • Compensation : $98,400-$154,600

What you will do as an IT Engineer :

  • Lead the design and development of ETL solutions with a focus on financial applications and commission payout processes
  • Translate business, system, and technical requirements into actionable development tasks
  • Develop clean, testable code using IDMC, Informatica, SQL, and vendor integration tools
  • Collaborate with the team using Azure DevOps, GIT, and deployment pipelines to manage code and releases
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to support long-term system maintenance and scalability
  • Implement monitoring and logging strategies to ensure performance and reliability
  • Apply industry best practices including test automation, reusable code, and object-oriented design
  • Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, pair programming, and partner with QA for high-quality delivery
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative, agile development environment

    • What you will bring to the IT Engineer role :

  • 8–10 years of hands-on ETL development experience with expertise in financial and commission-based systems
  • Advanced SQL skills and deep experience with Oracle or SQL Server
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Preferred experience with SAP’s APM application and cloud platforms, including full lifecycle deployment and source control
