Project Controller (Junior) :

On behalf of our Energy client, Procom is searching for a Project Controller (Junior) for a 24-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite , Charleston WV.

Project Controller (Junior) - Job Description :

The Project Controller (Junior) will provide project management support services focusing on cost management, change management, and progress measurement. The role involves collaborating with project managers to develop and review project plans, schedules, and estimates to ensure project objectives are met.

Project Controller (Junior) - Responsibilities :

• Reviews PC Organizational structure and maintains staffing worksheet
• Understands overall project scope
• Reviews estimates and provides input for mapping to the control WBS
• Maintains project time phasing for control budget and estimate to complete
• Completes requisitions for project materials and services
• Compiles incurred costs reporting and variance explanations
• Updates cost management system with time-phased data
• Reviews project invoices to ensure alignment with incurred costs
• Provides input to estimate at completion based on contractor cost and progress
• Participates in HRIM and QRA meetings
• Assists in preparing detailed project cost reports
