An ABA organization is seeking a capable and social Intake Coordinator to support new client onboarding and serve as the first point of contact for families. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth welcoming and well-organized intake experience from initial inquiry through program enrollment.
Responsibilities Include :
Handling incoming inquiries and guiding families through the intake process
Collecting necessary documentation and information
Coordinating evaluations and scheduling
Maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams
Ensuring a positive and supportive experience for new families
Ideal Qualifications :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized reliable and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in ABA or healthcare intake is a plus
Salary : $55k - $65k / Year
