We're currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager II located in Los Angeles, CA .
Overview :
This position will act as the primary IT liaison and airport / owner representative responsible for T5 R&R project. Primarily, this role / individual shall act as a liaison between the project and Information Management & Technology (IMT) and manage the details required to execute this effort and rollout without impact on airport or airline operations. Successful candidates shall display experience with large stakeholder infaces ensuring inclusion, while understanding and driving the small details that go into signage design concepts, installation and activation.
Required Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Avia on, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required
- Master's degree preferred
- Optional certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc. or any other relevant professional license or certifications.
Required Qualifications :

Primary liaison with ITM representative responsible for directing and managing the T5 IT ImplementationResponsible for scope development and scope management of the project to meet project goals and objectivesDevelop the RFP and oversee the procurement process for designers and contractorsProviding direction and management for assigned project and ensuring on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligationsPlanning and defining program goals and devising methods to accomplish them, developing in depth knowledge of owner objectives, contract terms, and airport policiesPlanning, directing, supervising and controlling the execution of all technical, fiscal, andadministrative functions of the IT portion of the T5 R&R projectWorking with team members and airport management to develop budgets, schedules, and plan for the various elements of a projectOversees owner's staff that manages full project delivery including stakeholder interfacesManaging project scope to meet or exceed project goals and objectivesAbilities to identify and study options to complex design, operational or constructability issuesAbility to conduct field surveys and investigations to capture detailed and accurate field conditions.
