What You’ll Do Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure excellent patient care and smooth team coordination. Maintain survey-ready compliance across all disciplines with meticulous attention to documentation, timelines, and regulatory standards. Develop, refine, and audit clinical processes, workflows, and reporting structures. Monitor quality indicators and data trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Provide structured leadership to the nursing staff, social workers, CNAs, chaplains, and interdisciplinary team. Ensure all patient care aligns with the Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation (CoPs). Lead IDG meetings with clarity, consistency, and strong follow-through. Support onboarding, training, and competency evaluations. Analytical & Process-Driven You enjoy solving problems through data, structure, and well-designed systems. Detail-Oriented & Organized You catch inconsistencies, follow timelines precisely, and keep documentation clean and compliant. Consistent & Methodical You prefer predictable workflows and ensure your team operates within a well-built framework. Calm Under Pressure You don’t react emotionally—you assess, evaluate, and respond logically. High Integrity & Accountability You are dependable, ethical, and committed to doing things the right way. Strong Communicator Clear expectations, consistent follow-up, and transparent communication are your strengths. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of hospice leadership preferred. Strong understanding of hospice regulations and Medicare CoPs. Proven ability to manage teams and clinical operations. Excellent documentation and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve operational challenges, and maintain compliance.
