  • DevelopHVACsystemdesignsofagivenprojectbasedonscopeofworkand / orclientRFPs
  • Provideengineeringdesign,evaluation,andplanningofmechanicalsystemsforavarietyofmarkettypes
  • PerformLoad / EnergycalculationswithsoftwaresuchasTrace700,IESandsimilarprograms
  • Developreports / studies.
  • Write / editprojectspecifications
  • Preparedetaileddesigndocuments,reports,andstudies
  • ConductexistingbuildinganddocumentationofexistingHVACsystems.
  • Provideconstructionadministrationservices

Youwillbeagreatfitif :

  • Youhaveabachelorsdegreeinmechanicalengineering
  • YoupossessEIT
  • Youhaveaminimumof4yearsofdesignexperience
  • YouhaveknowledgeinthedesignofHVACsystems
  • Youhaveknowledgeandunderstandingofcodes,standards,anddesignguidelines

    • Skills / abilities :

  • Excellentworkethicandattitude
  • Goodcommunicationskills,combinedwithorganizationalskills,theabilitytoplan,balanceandprioritizework
  • Abilitytoleadateamandworkasateam
  • ProficiencyinAutoCAD,Revit,andMSOffice
  • Abilitytotravel
