Business Analytics & Industrial Engineering Manager

JOB SUMMARY :

Leads multiple concurrent initiatives providing analytical decision-making support for Universal Kids Resort leadership to drive significant value through increased efficiency or incremental revenue and positively impact the companys bottom-line. This role leverages data-driven analytics to optimize labor efficiency asset utilization and capacity planning driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational productivity and overall business effectiveness.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Applies comprehensive knowledge and techniques of industrial engineering and business analytics to ensure appropriate methodological approach measurements tools and objective structured analytic techniques to drive business growth (e.g. probability and statistics process flow analysis queuing theory mathematical optimization computer simulation etc.)
• Oversees key projects and delivers analytical insights that enhance executive decision-making and operational performance through improved labor efficiency asset utilization and capacity optimization.
• Works cross-functionally to identify and analyze business improvement opportunities develop justifications and drive growth through enhanced utilization and productivity.
• Provides input and executes strategic plans for exploring new state-of-the-art analytical tools and technology that can be leveraged to positively impact the department.
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
