As a Lead Data Analyst, AI Engineering on the Operational Analytics & Insights team, you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to develop data-driven solutions to Spectrum’s business problems. You’ll have the unique opportunity to leverage and work with cutting-edge AI technologies, including real-time transcriptions and other advanced AI applications. WHAT OUR LEAD DATA INSIGHTS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

  • Providing metrics definition, data visualizations, and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) requirements
  • Extracting, cleaning, and engineering data for analysis
  • Interpreting data, formulating hypotheses, and developing an analytical approach to meet business requirements
  • Using advanced visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Streamlit, and Excel, to create reports for customers
  • Obtaining new reference data sources required to deliver on business needs
  • Using data visualization and presentations to communicate results and make recommendations
  • Creating analyses and dashboards that are usable, elegant, and industry-leading

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience :
  • Working within a data platform / data analysis environment – 7+ Years; Customer facing products / services environment – 7+ Years

  • Education :
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Technical skills :
  • Mastery of advanced analytics processes and reporting design principlesMastery in Python and SQLProficient in documenting business and technical requirements for various projectsExpertise in data extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL)Hands-on experience in designing and developing AI solutions using Microsoft Azure ML, Databricks, AWS, Redshift, and FabricProficient in integrating and working with APIsExpertise in data visualization, dashboarding, and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit, and DatabricksStrong understanding of Machine Learning concepts including supervised and unsupervised learning, model training, evaluation, and deploymentHands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) (finetuning, retraining, and prompt engineering)

  • Abilities :
  • Analyze and interpret dataMake decisions and solve problems while working under pressureMastery of advanced design and implementation practices within data visualization toolsEffective written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience :
  • AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Transformers for building and deploying modelsWorking with text data including Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques such as tokenization, lemmatization, sentiment analysis, text classification, topic modeling, and entity recognition

  • Abilities :
  • Explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audience
