Litigation Attorney

Westland Real Estate Group, a dynamic and growing real estate company, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling a wide range of litigation matters from inception to resolution. RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage all aspects of litigation matters, including :

• Case assessment and strategy development
• Drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Negotiating settlements
• Representing the company in court hearings and trials (if necessary)
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to internal stakeholders on a variety of litigation-related issues
• Collaborate with outside counsel as needed
• Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends
