Responsibilities

Develop and deliver all on‑site programming to ensure professional and clinically sound delivery.

Coordinate closely with service providers for ongoing clinical services.

Act as liaison with permanent housing providers, private landlords, and brokers regarding client placement.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations, including serving as the primary program contact with the New York City Department of Homeless Services.

Provide effective program leadership and oversee staff supervision.

Provide 24‑hour on‑call management and support, including emergency first aid and CPR assistance as needed.

Perform related duties as assigned.

Hours

Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week.

Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 : 30 pm (on‑call responsibilities outside these hours).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in social work or a closely related field (required).

Minimum of three years management experience working with homeless, mentally ill, and substance‑abusing individuals in a residential setting.

Experience in a homeless shelter is essential.

Vaccination preferred but not required.
