Quality Assurance Analyst

As a User Experience Quality Assurance Associate at the ASU Enterprise Brand Strategy and Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that asu.edu websites meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and consistency before and after launch.

You will collaborate closely with a team of UX researchers, designers, developers, product and project managers across ASU departments to improve the asu.edu website experience to identify and address errors, inconsistencies, issues and opportunities that may affect the overall user experience.
