Responsibilities :

• Production Schedule Management : Retrieve and adhere to the production schedule to ensure all operations are executed efficiently.
• Team Direction : Direct the activities of the Baumer Off Bearer, including alternating duties with other operators in this role.
• Material Flow : Direct the flow of materials to maximize operational efficiency.
• Gluing Operation : Oversee the gluing operation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Statistical and Production Reporting : Maintain statistical process control charts and production reports to monitor and ensure quality.
• Operational Maintenance : Keep the production area operational, clean, and organized in accordance with 5S standards.
• Mathematical Competence : Perform simple arithmetic, including decimal / fraction conversions and basic geometry as required.
• Foam Handling : Assist in moving and stacking foam rolls as necessary.
• Policy Adherence : Read, understand, and comply with company policies and procedures, including SOP and SEP, all written in English.
• Training : Complete position requirements training for Job Code 110117.
