Part Time Office Assistant (In Office)
Location : Manhattan, NY (in office position)
Hours : 3 to 4 hours per day, 4 to 5 days per week
Compensation : $20 - $25 / hour
Reports to : Director of Operations
About the Role
We are a fast paced employment law firm located in Manhattan, New York seeking a reliable and detail oriented Part Time Office Assistant to support our in office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and proactive, someone who takes pride in keeping the office running efficiently and ensuring that documents, mail, and supplies are well managed. This is an on site role that provides hands on administrative and operational support. Duties include scanning, uploading, and routing documents, managing all incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with office organization. The role also includes occasional trips to local courts for filings and supporting legal assistants and attorneys with in office document handling.
