Work Schedule :

100% FTE, day shift. Monday – Friday 8 : 30AM – 5 : 00PM. You may eligible for up to a $2,500 sign-on bonus. You will work at UW Health 1102 S Park Street Clinic in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
