Location- Minneapolis, MN / Irving, TX / Denver, CO / Charlotte, NC

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. This role involves developing data analytics projects, integrating data, performing analysis, and providing actionable insights across the company. The position requires a strong preference for candidates in MN, but we are open to considering candidates in other specified locations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis.
  • Extensive experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, T-SQL, DB2, and SQL Server.
  • Strong data visualization skills and the ability to create interactive visual reports using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Proficiency in managing and using the Tableau platform to gain valuable insights.
  • Ability to decipher technical or dashboard structure and translate complicated business needs into technical specifications.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of PC software tools : Word, Excel & Project applications.
  • Experience in Web FOCUS Report Development.
  • Knowledge of SSIS, DWH Concepts, Jira, and GitHub.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven policies and initiatives throughout the enterprise.
  • Gather, clean, and prepare data for analytics and visualization.
  • Create reports using a variety of graphical and data modeling techniques.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) using Tableau and Power BI and track them regularly.
  • Design wireframes and beta dashboards with an emphasis on user experience, consistency, and visibility.
  • Troubleshoot any data or performance issues with workbooks and data sources.
  • Enhance the process of data management, collecting, dashboard design, and product life-cycle management.
