Responsibilities :

As a Bdc Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our dealership's success. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Developing, processing, managing, following up, and tracking all customer interactions related to parts, service, and sales departments.
  • Gathering accurate customer information to create a robust database for continual follow-up and retention.
  • Building and maintaining knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
  • Utilizing computer and phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
  • Scheduling solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, and other generic leads, as well as service and parts customers.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you should have :

  • The ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Efficient typing skills.
  • Basic computer and phone skills.
