Overview The Sales Support Specialist will be a key contributor to the Account Executive Outside Sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, facilitating seamless communication between sales and other departments, and managing requests for existing accounts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving sales success.
Responsibilities :
- Drive sales success through strategic scheduling and exceptional customer service.
- Build strong customer relationships with solution-focused support.
- Coordinate cross-departmental needs for the sales team.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Generate reports and collaborate on proposals to convert prospects.
- Work with marketing and creative teams to meet customer needs.
- Maintain the customer CRM to keep the sales team informed.
- Identify market leads, trends, and competitive insights for a competitive advantage.
Requirements
Previous experience in administrative support, customer-facing roles, or inside / outside consumer or B2B sales is preferred.Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and database management tools.Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
