VIP Services Intern

Overall Internship Description : This internship position helps in many different aspects of our Food and Beverage VIP Department, including, but not limited to luxury suites, luxury seating areas, and VIP group areas. Main contacts during the season are Maley Mc. Afee ([email protected]) and Alec Bayman ([email protected]). This position is paid a stipend of $1,600, monthly. Ideally, this Internship begins in February and runs through September. Accommodation can be made around class schedules if deemed necessary. Duties & Responsibilities : - Assist in the operation of VIP Areas including staffing, set up, operation, accountability, and cleaning / restocking for next game / homestand / event. - Monitor overall operation of a specific area to maximize profitability and efficiency by providing feedback to improve operations. Adjusting staffing levels, food production, and keeping customer service at high levels to ensure fan experience is also a priority. - Help in all Food & Beverage departme...VIP, Intern, Customer Service, Operations, Staffing, Retail
