Job Description Skills / Experience 2+ years relevant work experience. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format and analyze to make recommend business decisions. Attention to detail critical. Experience in working with multi-cultural and remote contacts required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrates strong organizational skills and has ability to track the progress of multiple inquiries and tasks effectively Experience supporting financial and operational aspects of a Professional Services organization preferred Position can be fully remote in the US if able to travel as required Reporting to an Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

Success in this role means delivering results on project financial management activities including project creation and contract setup, contract modification evaluation and processing, revenue management, invoicing and billing. Major functions of this position may include but are not limited to :

• Project Support
• Project Creation and Modifications
• Complex Contract review and research
• Milestone management and revenue
• Invoicing and billing
• Project Closure
• Support day-to-day operations for the organization
