Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Collision Operations Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate collision training for the Toyota Certified Collision Center (TCCC) program, align with the consultants, and identify efficiencies within the TCCC Certification program. This role is an important part of our team as we continue to expand our collision network, and coordinate with our partner trainers and technical training team.
Reporting to the Collision Operations Manager, the person in this role will support the Collision Operations department's objective to provide analytical and strategic direction to support all Toyota Collison Operation department initiatives. This Team Member will be responsible for TCCC program administrative tasks, have specific project management assignments related to collision training, and opportunity to grow themselves and our company by participating in Integrated Customer Experience activities.
