Job Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for the Business Administrative Systems (BAS) portfoliomanaging projects directly and overseeing the staff of BAS project managers. This role requires deep knowledge of PeopleSoft, MyTime, and other Human Resources systems and healthcare business systems applications, along with the capability to manage multiple highly complex technology projects simultaneously.
This position requires strong leadership skills, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and a process-oriented mindset capable of influencing senior leadership and engaging with diverse project teams. PeopleSoft or Workday systems implementation experience is required.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and is not eligible for H1B sponsorship. Candidates must reside in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex or be willing to relocate.
