Boeings Human Resources function is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our Boeing Commercial Airplanes Human Resources (HR) team supporting our Production and Maintenance talent in North Charleston SC. As a strategic HR partner youll partner with leadership HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to design and deliver talent strategies and HR processes.

This position requires a Human Resources Business Partner who demonstrates the knowledge experience and ability to create and deploy integrated HR initiatives. This position supports the 787 Production and Maintenance team and works in close partnership with the 787 HR Business Partner program peers and HR CoEs in addition to leading critical initiatives.

Position Responsibilities :

• Lead workforce related initiatives including staffing and LRBP planning
• Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
• Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation and ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior management and executive leadership across the Business Function and HR
• Assist in shaping and influence the Business vision mission priorities and long-range plans
• Partner with the CoEs and local HR teams to ensure understanding and alignment of talent strategy and to ensure planning execution and realization are achieved through solutions programs and policies
• Collaborate with HR peers to enable the organizations HR / business strategies and ensure the efficient delivery of HR products tools and services
• Provide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions
