Job Description
The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering projects of varying size and complexity. The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager & the Director, Finance Transformation.
Duties and responsibilities will include :
- Managing project documentation including tracking, logging and reporting on project deliverables
- Developing documentation utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proofing, editing and formatting communications to ensure a uniform and clear standard for all documents
- Capturing key project elements and keeping concise and clear records
- Attending regular meetings with project team members
- Setup and coordinate meetings
- Documenting and distributing meeting minutes and action items
- Assist with SharePoint administration
- Assisting with recognizing, monitoring, and providing potential solutions for risks / issues
Qualifications and skills include :
