Job Responsibilities :

Performs a detailed review of the team’s work to ensure quality, thoroughness and completion of assignment tasks within agreed time frames.

Project manages one or more client assignments simultaneously, ensuring overall success of each project.

Builds and nurtures strong working relationships with client management and peer client levels.

Works as an effective team member to complete project components and assignment tasks.

Successfully directs and maintains a motivated and empowered work team.

Participate in training and developing staff and building strong client service teams.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements :

A Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance or a related field (an advanced degree in tax or law is highly desirable).

CPA preferred. If not a CPA, must meet the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam and be actively working towards passing all four parts of the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination
