Provide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio as needed. Contribute to community marketing efforts. Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations. Goal-Driven and Sales-Motivated Adaptable to Fast Pace and Shifting Priorities Customer Experience Focused Collaborative Team Player 1+ year sales and customer service experience including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant). Demonstrated success in goal setting / achievement and following a sales process. Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs. Flexible schedule with availability to work during our office hours. Typical schedule will be Monday & Wednesday – Saturday, 10 : 00am – 6 : 30pm (hours may vary based on community and season). Reliable transportation. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. Paid time off including vacation, sick time, and 11 holidays. What We Offer
AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including :
- Competitive Base Salary and Industry-leading Commissions
Expected hourly rate of $18.00 - $19.00 per hour + commissions. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
Longer lease term : 18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length
Option to live onsite with zero commute or at a nearby AIR community.
You will keep all your benefits (including your 25% rent discount) during this unpaid break while you refresh and recharge during the holiday season! During your time off the opportunities are endless; take vacations, follow passions, spend time with loved ones, volunteer, or take a seasonal holiday job. Then, come the start of peak season, be ready to return and do it all again!
