What youll be doing :

Build and prepare production race engines for TRDs race teams.

Assemble components according to engineering specifications following established processes and procedures.

Deliver high-quality work addressing both scheduled and unschooled tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain meticulous attention to detail in both assembly processes and documentation.

Update and maintain electronic build books with accurate component information.

Support continuous improvement by refining processes and procedures in collaboration with team members.

Troubleshoot issues and build technical understanding to resolve challenges effectively.

Maintain a clean organized and tour-ready work area at all times.

What youll bring :

Minimum High School Diploma or GED

Minimum five years experience in a racing engine environment.

Hands-on engine cylinder head and sub-assembly builds

Deep understanding of internal combustion engines

Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in precise engine build measurements and tooling including and not limited to clearance torque and stretch.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).

Physical requirements are listed below but not limited to :

Standing : Frequent / Intermittent Up to 3 hours per day

Walking : Occasionally / Intermittent Up to 3 hours per day

Sitting : Occasionally / Intermittent

Lifting : Up to 50 lbs. occasionally / Intermittent

Carrying : Up to 50 lbs. occasionally / Intermittent

Pushing / Pulling : 100 lbs. occasionally / Intermittent

The annual base salary range for this position is $69300.00 - $112600.00.
