Description
SAIC is seeking an Information Operations (I / O) Operations Lead with Military Information Support Operations (MISO) expertise to be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing integrated I / O efforts within military operations. This role requires deep knowledge and experience in both I / O and MISO to effectively influence target audiences and achieve strategic objectives. Ensures that all I / O activities, including MISO, are seamlessly integrated into military operations, providing a comprehensive approach to information warfare. Utilizes information and psychological operations to influence behaviors and achieve strategic objectives. Requires strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate and integrate these activities into broader military plans. Involves planned operations to convey selected information and indicators to foreign audiences to influence their emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and ultimately, the behavior of foreign governments, organizations, groups, and individuals. IO Lead to manage IO activities for the contractor’s operations primarily in the USCENTCOM, USAFRICOM, and USSOCOM AOR or AOI. The IO Lead is required to have an in-person two-hour call back to MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL, and may be required to occasionally travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of the TO.

Qualifications
Experience in cross-CCMD coordination.
Extensive I / O Experience : Proven experience in planning and executing information operations, including the integration of various I / O disciplines (e.g., electronic warfare, cyber operations, military deception).
MISO Expertise : In-depth knowledge and experience in MISO doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures, including target audience analysis, message development, and dissemination strategies.
Operational Planning Skills : Strong background in military operational planning, with the ability to integrate I / O and MISO into broader operational plans. Minimum of two years of experience in the integration of IO and IRC into CCMD planning and operations.
Cultural and Regional Awareness : Ability to understand and operate within diverse cultural environments (cultural, social, and political dynamics) to tailor I / O and MISO activities effectively.
Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to brief commanders, staff, and stakeholders effectively. Minimum of two years of experience leading culturally and professionally diverse (CTR, MIL, CIV) teams, conducting executive-level communications, and the design and execution of the IO and IRC elements of Joint campaigns.
Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex information and develop strategies to influence target audiences.
Security Clearance : TS / SCI with SCI eligibility.
Education and Certification : A degree in international relations, psychology, communications, or a related field.
Specialized Training : Formal training in I / O and MISO from military institutions or equivalent civilian courses. (Irregular Warfare, Military Information Support Operations (MISO), Information Operations, Electronic Warfare, OPSEC, Military Deception (MILDEC). Successful course completion of the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), the School of Advanced Air and Space Studies (SAAS), or the School of Advanced Warfighting (SAW).
Certifications : Relevant certifications in strategic communications, information operations, or psychological operations.
