Job Description
InfoDefense is seeking a seasoned technology marketing professional in the Dallas / Fort Worth area who has successfully applied the latest marketing practices and technologies to lead our content-based marketing initiatives. To be successful in this position, the candidate must have a strong technology-oriented marketing background with a focus on social media, search engine, and content marketing as well as exceptional written communication skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve corporate goals. A hybrid work position , this is a great opportunity for the right candidate to apply their skills to take our marketing program to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, buying patterns and demographics to increase the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Build a strategic marketing plan including specific marketing objectives and execution schedules across market segments
- Develop business cases for new marketing initiatives and make recommendations regarding existing marketing efforts
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing program and in achieving stated objectives, including the impact on sales lead flow, customer interaction and retention
- Execute marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with internal and external resources that provide technical written content, design elements and other support
- Manage marketing initiatives including social media, search engine and paid search, content creation, lead nurturing and, customer retention campaigns
- Initiate and maintain relationships with vendors, media and business partners to promote marketing programs
- Produce engaging written content including emails, web pages, product brochures and social media posts
- Oversee and approve marketing material including product brochures, emails, web sites and landing pages, blog articles and white papers
Qualifications
Proven experience building complex marketing campaignsAbove average technical aptitude and a strong desire to learn our cyber security businessAbility to distill complex technology-oriented value propositions to compelling messaging5+ years within a business-to-business marketing role2+ years in search engine optimization / paid search management2+ years' experience with marketing platforms and tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or MarketoAbility to apply industry best practice and create a marketing strategy to address dynamic marketsExceptional oral and written communication skillsExperience identifying target audiences and developing engaging marketing contentAbility to discern creative design and provide guidance for improvementBachelor or Masters degree in marketing or a related disciplineHome office environment and reliable high-speed Internet connectivity to enable remote workTravel
Minimal travel on a short-term basis may be required.
