COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION LEAD PROJECT MANAGER

One of the regions top builders, is looking for a progressive and experienced  LEAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER  to join their team immediately in the Damascus, OR area . Are you a self-motivated construction professional looking for career advancement? COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Minimum of  5 years  of experience in the construction industry as acting Project Manager or Lead
• Strong communication skills with Superintendent, Project Engineer’s, Subcontractor's and Owner's / Clients
• Assist with jobsite schedules to bring projects in on time and under budget
• Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner
• Ability to identify and solve problems
