Summary

We’re a fast-growing company in the flooring and kitchen bath industry looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team. This role is hands-on, and you’ll oversee all accounting and financial activities, manage a small accounts payable team, and help keep our business moving forward with accuracy and efficiency.

We’re looking for someone who loves simplifying the complex, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get the job done. If you’re detail-oriented, confident (without arrogance), and ready to grow with us, we want to meet you!

Duties

  • Handle accounting, budgeting, payroll, banking, and cash flow.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
  • Lead and mentor a small accounting team.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of accounting experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
