Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues or delays. Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Prepare and review reports, contracts, and project documentation. Monitor and enforce health and safety protocols on-site. Support procurement and material management processes. Drive project milestones and ensure timely delivery.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong leadership and team coordination abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation. Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. Proficient with construction management software and tools. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and compliance.
