Cash Applications / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

21 / hour

We are seeking a Cash Applications / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will play a key role in managing payment applications, reconciliations, and supporting month-end close.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately post and apply customer payments including EFT, lockbox, wire transfers, and checks .
• Process daily deposits and ensure timely and accurate recording in the system.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies related to customer accounts.
• Research unapplied cash and work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions in the general ledger .
• Support month-end close by preparing reconciliations and reports for AR accounts.
• Assist with other accounts receivable and finance duties as needed.
