Take a glimpse into why CW might be the right place for you : Lead Floor Care Technician will be responsible for supporting the cleanliness safety and daily operations of the facility while guiding and mentoring fellow custodial team members.

What Youll Do :

Were looking for a Lead Floor Care Technician to help keep our Facility spotless and support the success of our team. If you know your way around a buffer and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others this is your chance to shine!

• Clean and care for floors like tile vinyl carpet and concrete using the right tools and methods. This includes sweeping mopping scrubbing waxing and buffing.
• Use and take care of machines like buffers auto-scrubbers burnishers and carpet cleaners.
• Set a good example by showing safe professional and high-quality work every day.
• Help your team by answering questions solving problems and giving friendly guidance during shifts.
• Help train new and current staff on how to clean floors use equipment and stay safe.
• Keep the team motivated by staying positive encouraging others and recognizing great work.
• Work with your supervisor to plan tasks report broken equipment and make sure supplies are stocked.
• Complete daily cleaning jobs and bigger floor care projects either on your own or with a team.
• Follow safety rules wear protective gear and keep floors clean and free of spills or hazards.
• Talk clearly and respectfully with coworkers and supervisors to help keep everything running smoothly.
