- Engage & Follow Up – Reconnect with warm leads via phone and text to understand concerns and provide solutions

- Collaborate – Work alongside our insurance and retail outside sales teams to drive sales and revenue

- Own Your Success – Make 150+ outbound calls daily , refining your sales skills and boosting your earning potential
