As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you'll play a critical role in patient care by evaluating and providing therapeutic services to those with respiratory issues. Your expertise will directly impact the well-being of patients in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess patients to determine appropriate treatments and develop individualized care plans based on diagnoses.
• Deliver respiratory care services following physician's orders and departmental protocols.
• Monitor patient care plans and equipment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and comfort.
• Evaluate and adjust respiratory practices and treatments based on patient responses.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions and available community support resources.
• Maintain equipment, participate in inventory management, and adhere to cleaning and sterilization standards.
• Respond to medical emergencies and rapid response situations effectively.
• Work with a focus on safety and alertness at all times.
• Perform additional duties as necessary.
