Key Responsibilities : Assist clients in researching and booking hotel and resort accommodationsRespond to inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely, professional mannerReview client preferences to recommend suitable lodging options based on budget, location, and travel datesManage reservation details and updates using booking tools and systemsMaintain accurate client records and documentationSupport post-booking needs such as changes, special requests, or follow-up questionsStay informed on current travel trends, hotel promotions, and destination offerings
