Responsibilities
Provides Level 3 product support for Ascension Technologies applications and platforms in the Care Communications Portfolio. This role is the first line of operational product support for the portfolio and is desired to have high level awareness to the products, and their respective use cases within the healthcare setting
This position is based in Wichita, Kansas, but will work remotely unless needed onsite.
Responsibilities
Desired work experience or familiarity with the following applications and platforms is strongly preferred : Voalte, Vocera, TigerConnect, Amtelco, Connexall, Excel Medical, PerfectServe, Lightning Bolt, Hillrom Navicare Nurse Call, Rauland Responder 5 Nurse Call
