Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary : $280,000 – $300,000
• Annual Bonus Incentives : Total compensation exceeding $300,000+
• Paid Time Off : 33 days per year
• CME : $3,500 annual stipend + 1 week of CME leave
• Partnership Opportunity – no buy-in required
• Relocation assistance available
