We are looking for a full-time Healthcare Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Healthcare Business Development.

The primary responsibility of this role is Business Development. We are looking for true hunters to bring in new business. We have a strong fulfillment team to fill the roles. Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Healthcare Business Development. Must have experience billing at least $350k a year
Strong sales and networking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities :

Drive new business by cultivating a client base

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations

Coordinate the hiring process with hiring managers

Track and report on hiring metrics

Compensation is either draw or commission, whatever is higher.
