Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for the leadership, direction, coordination and management of the daily clerical operations and personnel of the medical practice. The Office Manager assures the office functions efficiently to support the physicians and / or midlevel providers in providing safe and compassionate patient care. This position is also responsible for patient satisfaction, and compliance. Education and Experience A minimum of Associates Degree is preferred, or an education plan at the time of hire to be completed within the first 2-5 years of employment. Degree in a health related field, business administration and / or a related field, or management experience running a physician practice and / or four to six years of medical office management experience preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Only when applicable; if a licensed Manager and / or a certificate or registration is required for the position.
