CNC Lathe Operator

Shift : 1st Shift, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM, with overtime as available

Salary : $30-$35 / hr, based on skills and experience, plus competitive benefits

CNC Lathe Operator Role :

As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will be a key part of our production team, creating high-quality precision components. Your work will directly support mission-critical projects in the aerospace, energy, and defense industries. This role is essential to ensuring every part meets the highest standards of accuracy, performance, and reliability.

CNC Lathe Operator Responsibilities :

Perform machine setups on Multi-Axis CNC lathes

Utilize Doosan and Okuma machine tools with live tooling and sub-spindles

Edit and / or write machine programs

Identify proper tooling for a wide variety of materials

Verify the conformity of machine output to specifications

Use CAD / CAM software

Work on parts ranging from basic to advanced components in a short-run facility

CNC Lathe Operator Reporting Relationships :

This position reports to the Production Supervisor.

About You :

Possess strong CNC lathe operating experience

Demonstrate basic to advanced CNC programming skills

Have strong abilities to perform independent setups

Experience with multi-axis, live tooling, and sub-spindle operations is preferred

Familiarity with Doosan and Okuma machines is preferred

Proficiency in CAM and CAD software is preferred

Experience with Mastercam is preferred
