Position Summary :

The Senior Analyst, HR Process & Change Management, will be a key contributor to the HR Performance Improvement team, focusing on optimizing HR processes and ensuring successful adoption of new initiatives through effective change management strategies.

This role will involve hands-on process mapping, analysis, and support for transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process Analysis & Design : Conduct detailed analysis of current HR processes eg. talent acquisition lifecycle, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized future-state processes
• Process Improvement Methodologies : Apply Lean principles and other process improvement methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance HR service delivery.
• Working Group Facilitation : Support the Director in establishing and facilitating working groups for process redesign initiatives, gathering input and driving consensus among stakeholders.
• Change Management Support : Assist in the development and deployment of change management plans, including communication strategies, training materials, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Playbook Documentation : Contribute to the development of the HR service delivery playbook, documenting new processes, roles, and responsibilities.
• Project Support : Provide strong project management support for various HR transformation initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and objectives are achieved.
